Where are you encountering this error?. While installing the console on a remote device or during the ConfigMgr setup itself.

This error encounter during the ConfigMgr setup itself in Primary server.

No. Middle of installation showing error.

Now its showing SQL Server error.

Is the SQL installed on the same server where you are attempting to install the ConfigMgr?. Also, were all the prerequisite checks and warnings passed during the initial checks?

SQL installed in different server.
There is no failed in the pre check but has some warnings.

I think you must also fix those warnings as it is not good sign to ignore them.
