SOLVED Exisiting System Center config Mgr 2016 report

Recently, I stumbled across an existing report in my Config Mgr 2016 world here that displayed:

Name, Site, OS, Domain/workgroup, Last Logon name, IP Address, and subnet

But, I am now unable to remember how or where it is to run it again, as a periodic subscription for documentation purposes. did not run SQL commands to run it, just picked it off the list, but where? I can not find it again.

Relief from my misery will be appreciated.

The built-in reports can under the monitoring mode, then reporting. You can run them from there.

Yes, that's where they are. The issue is that I am unable to re-find the one I found last week that generates the info I mentioned, so that I can run it again. I'll keep going through them, hoping to find the one acorn in the pile of leaves.
