NEW Errors in SMSBKUP.log when running SMS_SITE_BACKUP

I can see the following error messages when the SMS_SITE_BACKUP runs.

Copying the configmgr setup log files ( C:\ConfigMgr*.lo*) failed. Error message:[[error code: 87, error message: The parameter is incorrect.]].

Created directory \\?\G:\Backup\SCCM_Config_Backup\7A3Backup\SiteServer\SMSServer\inboxes\failovermgr.box

Created directory \\?\G:\Backup\SCCM_Config_Backup\7A3Backup\SiteServer\SMSServer\inboxes\failovermgr.box\qos

Any ideas
