Hi,

We are switching from HTTPS to EHTTP as some of the devices are not communicating on HTTPS and we are using MBAM. Before making those changes to production I wanted to test that in that lab. In the lab everything works perfectly on HTTPS, but once I switch to EHTTP I get the following errors in the BitLockerManagementHandler Log:

Site setting:

It does backup the recovery keys in the DB but still continuee to give error message.

I have not seen that error before, but I am curious to know why are you switching from HTTPS to EHTTP ?.

We have around 1500, out of that 150-200 can't register when we switch to https. It's been a month since logged the ticket with Microsoft they haven't found any solution.

Hi Prajwal,

I want to use HTTPS but having a very tough time fixing this issue.

This issue is related to this post below where certificates have gone none after the windows update.

MS has confirmed that the issue is on the client, but no solution yet. The client is failing to communicate with the MP.

Any suggestions? There is nothing in the server logs.

Thanks
