i am trying to determine what is the cause of the issue for package installs during the OSD process. i am running the environment on eHTTP on an air-gapped environment. currently running 2303.
the one package that keeps failing is MATLAB 2022a install and i have also seen a splunk MSI install that failed, both of which have one of the errors in the subject of this post.
any suggestions on what i can check? i've searched high and wide and have not come up with anything helpful.
