PENDING Error when installing Dell Integration Suite for System Center

When I run the installer Dell-Command-Integration-Suite-for-System-Center_RMCDR_WIN_6.5.0_A00 .exe or DCIS_Setup_6_5_0 .exe I get an error message I haven't been able to diagnose. Here is the log:

I haven't come across this error before. May I know the OS on which you're installing this software?. Did you contact Dell support or check Dell forums for this error?
