SOLVED Error updating Configuration Manager 1906 Hotfix Rollup (KB4517869)

Hy,
an error occurs installing Configuration Manager 1906 Hotfix Rollup (KB4517869) ONLY on vdi devices (the error is the configuration manager console feature update application is already running) .
Instead the same update successfully installs on phisycall devices using the same account and with the same prereq.
This error occurs also with all updates and i unistall the console, create an application with the latest console and deployed it burt it is only a workaround.
How can i avoid the issue?
Is There something to set on registry keys or any services to stop or start?

Never seen this error before, did you try restarting a device and check if the console upgrade works ?.

Yes, but it doesn't work.

I create a workoround : i create an application withe the new version of the console and the supersedence tab has the previous version of the console to uninstall
