PENDING Error: Invalid Certificate Signature when downloading updates

I been facing this issue only on windows 11 updates, I know it relates to the Microsoft Root Certificate but I cannot solve this error even after using powershell to update the roots.

Still facing issue after manually installing the certs from the .cab files. Any recommendations?

on the first one no issues, however on the second

In the screenshot, I see license terms have not been accepted. It seems like a temporary issue to me. Let me know if this issue doesn't resolve by next week.
