does your sccm have access to the internet or it is an internal server ? seems like it doesnt have access. when you choose to download the update do you choose download from the internet or from your WSUS

There is not enough details for anyone to help you. At best they can guess and answers for you.

What troubleshooting you have done? Can you download the SU outside of ConfigMgr?
