PENDING Error Failed To Create Virtual Directory when we try to deploy a Distribution Point to a trusted Active Directory server

we are deploying the distribution point role on a server in a trusted domain.

And we get the following error: Failed to create virtual directory on the defined share or volumes on distribution point

All the prerequisites on the server have been installed
The user used for the installation is a user with administrative rights of the trusted domain and is an administrator of the server on which we are trying to install the distribution point role.
We tried several times, disabling the antivirus, restarting the server...

Any advice on where to check?

I had not added the site server computer account in the administrator group. Now it works. Installation is completed.
