SOLVED Error DownloadContentFiles failed with hr=0x80072efd

Hi Sir,

Unable top download windows 10 updates thru sccm console..i am getting below mentioned error..

SCCM Server details..

SCCM Server 1702 Version..

Please find the error info.. and please help on this..thank you

I guess something is blocking the downloads. What AV are you running on the server ?.

Thanks for reply....I am using kaspersky Endpoint security 10 version ....!!!!

Ok sir...i will check disable antivirus and will try to once again download...and update as the same ..Thank you @ bhaskar

I have tried disabled antivirus download the patches, same error getting....please find the error screen shot..

If it's not an AV issue then have you checked if there are any connectivity issues while downloading the updates ?.

Yes sir...I have checked internet access...I have given full internet access to the sccm server!!!

I meant check if the antivirus or GPO's is causing this issue.

Once again cross checked with security team for full internet access to server, it is blocked some other place,now it is working fine,thank you very much for helping..@Bhaskar B
