SOLVED Error Communicating with the Specified Configuration Manager Site Server

When trying to start the "Configuration Manager Service Manager", I get message mentioned in the subject.

There are other issues with SCCM and not sure what all is affected. I can image, but the clients are not updating in the Devices portion of SCCM. Could be related. Noticed Reporting Services point unhealthy and specifically the SMS_SITE_SYSTEM_STATUS_SUMMERIZER

Well, also found the SMS_SITE_COMPONENT_MANAGER was also not running. When I tried to start it, would immediately stop. Discovered my SMS_<SITECODE> (in my case SMS_FMC) was not being shared anymore. Once I shared that folder, started the service, everything related to this issue started working. So if you run into any weird issues like this, check if your SMS_<SITECODE> share mysteriously disappeared.
