PENDING Error 0x87D00664(-2016410012) - update installed but missed by windows and SCCM

Good morning, I am having a problem with multiples clients.

When I am installing big updates, I am having back the erorr 0x87D00664(-2016410012). If I understood correctly this is an error connected with a timeout, reading around is a problem about the "Maximum Run Time" of the single update.
Well, in my case when I have this error the update is installed, but the SCCM client give me the error "Failed". If I retry the installation the status change instantly in "Requires restart".

Look like the update was installed, but the client can't discover about and forcing the update agait it "wake up".
Checking better I saw also Windows look like confuse about, opening the control panel and checking the update installed I can see like below

The update is installed but the field "Installed On" is not populated. Forcing the update again the date appear and the client show the message "Requires restart".

Someone can suggest me how to fix this situation? That's happen on a lot of servers. I am open about everything can fix this problem.
