NEW Error - 0x87d00215 -2016411115 on Deployment

I'm sharing some information on error -2016411115 (0x87d00215) that we where having for a few weeks. Banging our heads trying to figure out why the software deployment wasn't working. After looking online and never coming up with a solution we finally figured out that the Software Description was the issue. We had ' and special characters in french, once we removed the English and French Description and used only simple words Deployment started fine. I hope this helps out someone with the same error from spending days and days troubleshooting this error.
