NEW Endpoint Manager / Cloud DP

I am running SCCM Endpoint Manager 2010. I have setup co-management, azure service, azure AD tenant. I have my own Intune/Azure tenant and within Intune I can see all of my users/groups from my Active Directory/SCCM server. I want to create a cloud DP but I can't. First of all under Administration\Cloud Services I do Not see Intune Subscriptions. Why? How do you add that? Second when I try to create a Cloud DP I start the wizard, I sign in. It finds my Azure AD App Name and my Azure AD Tenant name. But it will Not find my Subscription ID.

So how is this done?
