NEW Endpoint Defender definition updates not downloading

Good morning,

We've set up Endpoint Defender definition updates through SCCM. I created a new ADR and new deployment package for this. The ADR and Deployment package appear to be working well as definition updates populate in a timely manner and download to the DPs. This issue is that none of the clients are actually obtaining the definition updates despite being flagged as "Required". Can anyone point me in the right direction with this?
