PENDING Email subscription in Configuration manager

Hello, ¿how can I change to activate "to" field ?

With non-administrator users, the field is grey, with the administrador user can I put any email.

The field is grey because the user hasn't have permissions to change or create email subscription, you can create a custom security role and assign it to the user, for more details about RBAC in SCCM:

I have many tuned roles, but I can't find the exact property to do this.

One solution is: to assign "ConfigMgr Report Administrators" in the appropiate folder.
