PENDING Distribution Manager failed to connect to the distribution point

Every time I distribute an application to my DPGroup ( has both SCCM + DP) SCCM receives it but DP does not and I got this error (Distribution Manager failed to connect to the distribution point ["Display=\\DP. domain name \"]MSWNET:["SMS_SITE=sitecode"]\\DP.domain name\. Check your network and firewall settings.) one time it went through without issue but now does not . please you suggestions and help.

FYI, this is my personal lab is running on Hyper-V, the firewall turned off, also I can ping SCCM from DP and vice versa.
