PENDING Distribution Manager failed to access the source directory

Hello,

i have a CAS and 2 primary sites {Site A,B}
i have pushed a DP on a remote server from Site A, then I've created a client package from site B do distribute it on site B clients,
when I try to distribute the package on the DP server it says "Distribution Manager failed to access the source directory"
I've reinstalled RCD on site B but it didn't solve the problem.
also, source package directory has site server and DP server full control on the shared folder .

What's logged in pkgxfermgr.log file ?. Do you see this error for every package that you distribute ?.

i can't see any error in pkgxfermgr.log as shown in the below screenshot ,
yes i've tried another package and it resulted the same issue.
