PENDING Distribution content issue in SCCM

Thanks for helping me.

My Environment contains: 1 Primary and 19 DP’s.
Initially there is space issue while distributing the content related Win8Image.
After Adding space the issue got fixed on 16 DP Servers.

We have rebooted Primary server along with all these DP's where we have problem
but this does not fix the problem.
Please find the below observations and troubleshooting steps performed.

DP server 1:
The status will be always in progress.
Distmgr log: Always try to delete the Package with ID: P01004B3 (Windows Server 2012 (06-2017) and process nothing.
The package entry P01004B3 does not exist in DP (Verified in Content library explorer) and entry deleted in WMI (SCCMDP->SMS_PackagesInContLib)
Tried to redistribute a couple of times but no luck.

DP2 and DP3:
Redistribution fails with a common error message to verify in Distmgr.log the issue related to space, Access etc.
I have removed the distribution for Win8 Image and tried to redistribute the content but it is not adding back to content status.

Distmgr log: Always try to delete the Package with ID: P01004B3 (Windows Server 2012 Image Pkg) and P010067A (WIN81-Image Package) but process nothing.

Created DP processing thread 8932 for removal of package P010067A on server ["Display=\\DP2server\"]MSWNET:["SMS_SITE=P01"]\\DP2server\
Attempting to remove package P010067A from distribution point ["Display=\\DP2server\"]MSWNET:["SMS_SITE=P01"]\\DP2server\
["Display=\\DP2server\"]MSWNET:["SMS_SITE=P01"]\\DP2server\ doesn't have the package installed yet as no pkgstatus entry found
Successfully removed the package P010067A from server ["Display=\\DP2server\"]MSWNET:["SMS_SITE=P01"]\\DP2server\

The package entry P01004B3 and P01004B3 does not exist in DP (Verified in Content library explorer) and entry deleted in WMI (SCCMDP->SMS_PackagesInContLib)

1. Updated all the distribution points.
2. Created separate DP groups and tried to redistribute the content.

But these DP's are not adding back to the Content status of Win8 image.

There are no error messages logged and i tried most of the solutions available in google but no luck.
