I have a few laptops in my environment where the Config Manager shows the clients as ACTIVE and you can see the Policy Request and Heartbeat dates are all within the last 24-36hrs.

However, none of my deployments that I sent to our 500+ laptops are downloading to the CCMCACHE folder, thus not deploying/installing.

I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the client multiple times but these few devices continue to have this problem.

Any thoughts on what else I could try? This is very odd behavior in my environment.

Unfortunately, no i do not. On all occasions after initializing deployment and/or after reinstalling the client it will not appear.

Yet I've had other clients that need to be reinstalled as they stop talking to the ConfigMgr and once the reinstall is completed those devices start to download the content right away.

Just these few that for some reason will not no matter what. I didn't know if there could be something else locally i need to clean to fix this.

If the deployments are not appearing in the software center, you must start troubleshooting by reviewing the MP logs - https://www.prajwaldesai.com/sccm-log-files/ Review the component health in the ConfigMgr console to determine if there are any major errors. I also recommend checking the boundaries to confirm if the clients are covered.

Hello, the ConfgiMgr of the client shows everything under component health as installed/enabled, no errors.
The boundaries were confirmed nothing changed, and these few laptops are located at sites where there are laptops that get the updates successfully.

For the MP logs, you are talking about on the local device with the issue? I looked at the article and for MP logs there are different ones starting with MP...is there one in particular that handles this possible issue?

Are you only using IP Ranges for your boundaries? Have you confirmed that the content is on the DP? Have you confirmed that the policies have been download to the client?

Hello, yes all the content is on the DP because we pushed these out to our other machines (600approx) and they all got it. We just have a few that are not downloading. They show ACTIVE in the console and the dates are recent so they are talking. Just the content is not downloading to CCMCACHE.

And also yes the policies are confirmed as downloaded to the client.

Thanks for any input/ideas.

Again this is screaming like your boundaries are wrong. You can confirm this by looking at the client side logs as to which site it belongs too. it it has the policies then you can see why it is not downloading, etc.
