all, welcome to my first post here. i dont have a actual problem but rather a question for the more experienced sccm admins as it pertains to deploying updates.
what is your regiment or schedule do you go through as new updates become available and deploy them to computers? how do you deal with saving space due to expired updates.
or another way to ask, what is your daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly processes to make sure computers have the latest updates?
currently i have a sccm lab, my sync to ms catelog is set for 8pm every day and my update groups are working.
there is a lot of techincal help out there but very little in the way of best practice, at least that i can find.
i understand business size may play a part in how you time updates but any perspective will be appreciated. along that lines please tell me how many users you support to provide greater understanding to the schedule you implement.
thank you in advance
