PENDING deploy office 2010 aplication for user error for permission

Hi all,
I have created an application to deploy office 2010 via sccm 2012.
installation behavior is set " install for user "
client setting - install permission is set to " all user "
the application is deployed to user collection.
but when I login with one of the member of this collection and in software center I click to install the application" ( office 2010 ) the following error showed.
please give me a hand.

What settings are chosen under Office 2010 app properties > User experience tab ?.
