Here i will show how to delete the secondary site via command prompt . Site deletion will do from primary sccm site.
- Open CMD in admin
- Direct to below path

-Go to preinst.exe
- Then type / delsite Sitecode , post running this command your site will be deleted and show "Deleted Site sitecode from DB"
