SOLVED CWmi::Connect() failed to connect to root\SCCMDP Error 0x80070005

After our upgrade to version 2111, our Distribution Points broke. I cannot redistribute an existing package to any DP and I cannot create a new DP. Error message is DP does not have sufficient rights to the computer. The site server is a member of the local administrator's group. One of the DPs is the site server.
Our DPs are-
SCCM2019 - site server at this location
GCCSCCM2019 - located at a remote location
TestServer - new DP at this location
I uninstalled and reinstalled the DP role on the GCCSCCM2019 server in the troubleshooting process.

Nevermind. I retried the installation and it worked.
