NEW Custom Reporting issue since upgrade

Hi all, Ive upgraded from 2010 to 2103 and since not been able to look at any reports (Monitoring/reports/) as I get the below messages, thoughts?

What is unclear with the error message? Did you reset the password?

Hi Garth!

I double checked the password in the first instance and its not that. Im speaking with an SQL DB engineer whos suggesting uninstalling reinstalling to configure again

FIXED, uninstall and reinstall of SQL reporting service and worked a treat.
