NEW Critical Component Status after latest hotfix

I just installed the CM 2107 hot fix moving to Version 5.00.9058.1047. The install completed successfully and all my distribution points are reporting upgraded to this version as well. However I have three components reporting a Critical Status on my Site and additionally none of the clients of the distributions points are upgrading their clients automatically. The components showing critical are: SMS_MP_CONTROL_MANAGER, SMS_PORTALWEB_CONTROL_MANAGER, and SMS_AWEBSVC_CONTROL_MANAGER. I have searched multiple threads and it definitely seems related to IIS. I am not the most experienced with CM thus why I am reaching out. I could really use some advice on steps to resolving this issue and get the client updating to this version.
