NEW Creating CMG in Current Branch 2309 Fails

Hello, I'm having issues creating a CMG in a new environment. When I click on Create CMG, the screen appears where it asks for Sign In and also has a drop-down for Subscription IDs (not populated yet). I click Sign In> select my acct> receive and input MFA code> then the sccm console goes to Not Responding and closes out. It doesn't populate any Subscription ID in the drop down before crashing. So, it's either failing when trying to authenticate, or it's failing when trying to populate the available Subscriptions IDs.
