PENDING CreateMedia.exe finished with error code 80041013

I've create task sequence media with attached Boot Image, package, OS.
Please help if anyone has same experience

This issue is fix when I create a new boot image. Root cause and findings of the issue still unknown

What's the version of ConfigMgr that is used?

If I remember correctly, this could be cause by old/missing source file to a imported driver in Boot image. Do you have any drivers imported to Boot Image?
