Copy Domain GPO to Local Group Policy

Does anyone know how I can copy a GPO from Active Directory to a PC that is not domain joined, to the PC's local group policy?

Simply because there is a user group that is not yet domain joined. They will be domain joined after a process in a few months. But until then we need to apply the GPO computer and user policies already applied to domain joined PCs that configure the browsers and onedrive and other matters for this user group. Without this we need to do these configurations manually on all these users' PCs individually.
