NEW Content Pre-stage Failure

Trying to pre-stage the content for application and ends up with the weird error in the prestage log file were it says
and post extraction of the pkgx file, unable to send the status message to the site server which ends with the below error again,

Is there a CM client on the Server? What have you tried?

Yes the Client is available and working as expected on the usual tasks, like Installation of Application in the site system, defender update download etc etc. but it was unable to send the Status information about the package post extraction of pkgx file .
I ve enabled the dp for prestaged content as well. also noticed one another error in smsdpmon.log

What have you Tried? Why make it a Restaged DP?
