Background: Our SCCMContentLib filled our D:\ drive and overflowed onto our C:\ drive. We've given D:\ drive more space and are attempting to move the SCCMContentLib folder contents on C:\ drive back to D:\ drive.
Running command: ContentLibraryTransfer.exe -SourceDrive C -TargetDrive D >> C:\ContentLibraryTransfer.log
The error we receive is: Unable to verify configuration. This tool can only be run on either Distribution Points or SiteServer machines
Version: SCCM 1806.
Registry Value: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SMS\DP\ContentLibraryPath = D:\SCCMContentLib - we noticed this never changed even when the content library moved to C:\
We've noticed the Content Library on D:\ drive appears to be in use again, but we need to remove the dormant folder on C:\ drive. What would happen if we just deleted this?
Any help much appreciated.
