Do you have these ports enabled on the firewall?

  • TCP – 135.
  • TCP – 2701.
  • TCP – 2702.
  • UDP – 2701.
  • UDP – 2702.

Hi ,

These port are open but cant connected to many clients that are ok client check result !!!
50 Pourcent client that are ok dont want to connectec by REMOTE CONTROL.
Client setting are the same for all and check result pass.
I think the ccm log will give be a solution.

Regards

Hi Pascal

CCM log is for host client installation troubleshooting. Try to go to the client using RDP ( as you said it is working ) then go the Local Users and Groups - > ConfigMgr Remote Control Users -> Check to see if the account you are using to remote control is present there.

If the account that you were trying to remote with, wasn't there in the ConfigMgr Remote Control Users, you need to add this in the Default Settings for client and click Set Viewers ( right next to Permitted viewers of Remote Control) under the Remote Tools options.
