Greetings,

I work in an offline space and just upgraded its SCCM 1906 to 2010. The Update Pack Installation Status shows "Installation" "In Progress" and "Post Installation" completed. When selecting "Installation" in the status window, three steps are listed as "Not started":

Stop CONFIGURATION_MANAGER_UPDATE service Not started
Update CONFIGURATION_MANAGER_UPDATE service Not started
Start CONFIGURATION_MANAGER_UPDATE service Not started

I can't figure out how to these steps to start. Otherwise, all other indications are that the upgrade was successful.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Pootie

Sorry Prajwal,

its against policy to transfer data from the offline system.
I've restarted the SCCM server and none of the steps have since run. It's been overnight.

Thanks,

Pootie

It's been weeks and these steps have still not run. I'm preparing to use the serviceconnectiontool to upgrade to the next available release. Updates and Servicing shows the 2010 state as Installed. Will the update pack installation status of "In progress" prevent upgrading due to these steps not running?
