SOLVED Configuration Manager service cannot access file Win32 last error=2

Hi,

I need help for a problem while distribute package for ADR in SCCM 2012 R2.

In log file Distmgr.log:
1548782669260.png

But the file really don't exist in contentlib folder:

i removed the package, ADR, and software update group, but the problem persists

The source directory doesn't exist or the 'Configuration Manager' service cannot access it, Win32 last error = 2

This doesn't look to be an issue accessing the content but looks to be an issue writing the content to the DP. Do you have appropriate AV exclusions in place or have you tried simply disabling your AV and testing again?

I identified and I was able to solve the problem. i find some directories in C:\SCCMContentLib\FileLib without file .SIG and .INI and removed theys. for this action i use the script (Batch).
I configured apropriate AV exclusions for prevent the problem.
