kindly I have a big question, I have a new Domain to setup and a new sccm server to configure, my question is that after I configure the new Domaine and the new SCCM server do i have a solution to migrate the old workstation with their DATA from the old Domaine to the new Domaine with the new sccm server

I think you can change the site code of the client agents and point to new SCCM server. About data what do you want to migrate ?.
