SOLVED Configuration Manager Console not accessible

Hi there,

I finally managed to deployed the ConfigMgr console to end-user however I have stumbled upon an issue.
After the installation when i try and open the console on the client machine I get the error:
Configuration Manager cannot connect to the site (SERVERNAME.DOMAIN.COM)

If I login to the SCCM server directly and launch the console it works just fine.
Under Administration -> Overview -> Security -> Administrative Users, I have a security group added which gives the users who are members of the group Read Only Analyst Access.
Under Security Scopes the option: All instances of the objects that are related to the assigned security roles has been selected.

Can someone please help?
End-users are not able to access the site from their computers.

Please also advise where i can find the logs, I am happy to post.

This is now resolved.
for the installation switches I changed it to:

ConsoleSetup.exe /q TargetDir="C:\Program Files\ConfigMgr Console" DefaultSiteServerName=MyServer.Contoso.com

For version 1802 and newer do NOT include the EnableSQM parameter

So this will not work:
ConsoleSetup.exe /q TargetDir="C:\Program Files\ConfigMgr Console" DefaultSiteServerName=MyServer.Contoso.com EnableSQM=1
