NEW configuration manager client not installing

I. we are already running an old sccm on the 2012 machine and it's working fine but i set up a new SCCM server on server 2019 and SQL 2019 with wsus on the same machine to replace the old sccm machine. i installed the latest CM 2211 and everything is working fine. i also sync the discoveries and boundaries and it can see all my organization systems.

but when I tried to install a client manager it did not do anything, even though it display a success message on the server machine but the client machine still with old configuration client.
1. I built a laptop without a domain and joined the domain but it straight away installed the old client.
2. uninstalled client from the old machine and tried to push the client from the server(new) but it did not install the client.

Check for overlapping boundaries between the two site.
Review the logs to see why things are not work as you expect them too.

Update the distribution point with the latest Configuration Manager Client Package,
