SOLVED Configuration Manager cannot connect to site

Hi,
As the title suggests - Im setting up configuration manager in a lab and all was working well. I left the lab on over night and the host lost power. Started it all back up today and all of a sudden Im getting the above message. Ive reset the counters as per a post on here but it still fails - can anyone suggest anything else? Thanks
 
Managed to fix this - it was the security rights on the logs folder. Seems a common issue as I know I didnt remove them but somehow they were removed.....
 
Solution
It also happens if the SQL services aren't started correctly. The console will show you different workarounds to fix the issue. You can check one by one.
