SOLVED Configuration Manager 2107 update stuck installing

I'm trying to install the Configuration Manager 2107 version in my infrastructure but so far it doesn't install, it's frozen and it doesn't come out. Could someone help in this regard?

Well I'm trying to install in several versions in which are generating the same error. Only, in the version I tried to install the 2107 of installing does not pass.

So what you are saying is that you previously tried to install 2111, Why did it fail?

When trying to run 2111, as it was constantly failing so I decided to run the previous version to see if it generated the same error in which it was in the installing state so far.



I'm trying to cancel, but I can't post i don't see option for this

Now you have a bigger problem as you have mixed the installs. You will need to cancel the existing install there is a built in tool for that, a BING search will reveal it name.

I guess you will need to contact MS support for help. There isn't a lot anyone can do to help you now.

If it has NOT clean up by now, I doubt that it will ever clean up. BTW the next version is likely in March 2022.
