PENDING ConfigSecurityPolicy.exe with error = 0x80070002

Hi All,
hope someone can help - SCCM client seems to work fine however Endpoint protection wont apply.
This is the error from EndpointProtectionAgent.log - Ive reinstall the SCCM Client.
Would anyone else have seen this?. and know a fix?. Thanks in advance.

Failed to create process C:\Program Files\Windows Defender\\ConfigSecurityPolicy.exe with error = 0x80070002. EndpointProtectionAgent 10/4/2022 10:24:49 AM 2992 (0x0BB0)

Can you tell me what OS you are using that is having issues?
