SOLVED ConfigMgr Software Deployments Stuck (Downloading 0%)

I am running into issues with workstations not getting deployed software. When I look in Software Center on the workstation many of the apps either show "Downloading 0%" or Waiting to begin installation. This is even after setting for several days. I am running SCCM 1802 and the workstations are newly imaged Windows 10 machines. Any suggestions?
