I'm fairly new to SCCM...
I'm running: Server 2016, SCCM 5.00.8412.1000
The client is of the same version
I'm deploying two Windows 10 images and during my OSD the Configuration Manger Client Package fails to install. After the deployment completes my AD heartbeat discovery and automatic client install installs the client. I think this is adding to my deployment time and there is then a considerable amount of wait time before applications appear in Software Center. Also I'm seeing installs that have to determine OS Architecture fail or have trouble as well with errors in smsts.log
For the configuration Client Manager Package I'm seeing the following main errors in CCMSETUP.LOG
Failed to get client version for sending state messages. Error 0x8004100e
Failed to send status 100. Error (87D00215)
File 'C:\WINDOWS\ccmsetup\WindowsFirewallConfigurationProvider.msi' does not exist. Discovery failed.
File 'C:\WINDOWS\ccmsetup\vcredist_x86.exe' doesn't exist.
(there are a bunch more of these, then it copies the files to their destinations)
Successfully downloaded client files.
MSI: Action 14:42:05: CcmRegisterEndpointRollback
MSI: Action 14:42:07: CcmRegisterComponentsRollback
MSI: Warning 25702. Failed to uninstall PrepDrvr.Sys for Software Metering Agent.
I attached a few logs. The SMSts log exceeds the limit and so does the client log so I have added these to ZIP files.
Need any other log files posted? Anything I can do to fix this?
