I am getting this error, under component server. This was working before but all of the sudden is not. I have already done a site reset and did not work.

Site Component Manager could not install the SMS_SERVER_BOOTSTRAP_XXXX service on site system "\\XXXX" with the service logging on as account "". The operating system reported error 1073: The specified service already exists.

Possible cause: Site Component Manager does not have sufficient access rights to administer the site system.
Solution: Verify that the Site System Installation accounts are properly configured to allow the site to administer the site system. Configuration Manager cannot install component SMS_SITE_SQL_BACKUP until the SMS_SERVER_BOOTSTRAP_XXXX service can be installed. If this problem persists, refer to your ConfigMgr Documentation or the Microsoft Knowledge Base for further troubleshooting information.

and did you follow the possible solutions? Other than the site reset, what troubleshooting have you done?
