PENDING Cloud attach settings sign in...

We are working on enabling 'Cloud Attach'

Sign in...trying to determine if we should be using a service account or personal users account.

Is this 'Sign In' a one time attempt? or is it an ongoing scheduled connecting that will happen multiple/many times?
