We recently updated to 2203 Hotfix kb14244456 and now some clients are showing as inactive. Its the same issue as discussed in this link
but the link to fix it does not resolve anymore.

The errors we seeing are
ccmmessaging.log
Post to https://xxxx.domain.com/ccm_system_windowsauth/request failed with 0x87d00231.
Clientlocation.log no errors
ClientIDManagerStarup.log
RegTask: Failed to send registration request. Error: 0x87d00231
