PENDING Clients not reporting or no clients in SCCM console

Hi,
I have issue with few hundred workstation not reporting back to SCCM console.(either no client or not in sccm).
Please advise how to check and fix this issue, Thanks

Has anything been changed recently ?. Are the clients able to communicate with the management point server ?.

No changes done recently.
Clients not able to communicate with management point and i push the client deployment from sccm console however status shows in active "client tab - No"
suppose to be "Yes in client tab"
Please help on this issue. Thank You.
