SOLVED Clients not Detecting in WSUS_Downstream Server

Hi,
One of our downstream server is not able to detect any computers. I had gone through GPO to check everything is correct, I have found nothing wrong. The GPO is applied to target clients and redirecting to correct WSUS server for updates. Please help. Thanks.
