NEW Clients incapable of Https communication

Hello Experts,
I ran the report and I found different errors on my report as below.

Item not found

0x800b0101-21467624952148204801A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file.
I checked the machines manually and the client authentication certificate is valid.

How can i get my clients to be capable.
