We are facing an issue where clients are not switching to an available Software Update Point (SUP) after the current one was disabled. Here's a summary of the problem and the steps taken so far:
Issue Description: During SUP migration/testing, the SUP role was removed from one of the servers. Unfortunately, clients are failing to switch to another available SUP.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:I suggested adding another SUP to the respective boundary.I advised adding a relationship to other boundaries to enable a fallback option.We used the "Switch to Next SUP" option in the console.Despite these steps, the issue persists. The client has refused to edit the boundaries or add relationships and additional SUPs.
